GML Health Care s.r.o. vision is:

Company story

GML Health Care s.r.o., with its legal seat in Prague, came into its existence in December 2002. Its core business covers the purchase, distribution and sale of medical devices and apparatuses as well as relevant services, which currently represents most of its total present sales.

At the beginning of April 2006, it was ruled to relocate all the business from Prague to Technology Park Hořátev /TPH/site. That is why GML Health Care s.r.o. new offices and warehouses are currently located in this industrial area distant not more than 40 km east of Prague.

TPH was founded on the site of a traditional chemical-pharmaceutical plant INFUSIA in 2005 and provides technical and service background for other companies that make use of state-of-the-art technologies. GML Health Care s.r.o. can thus meet all synergies thanks to being at the TPH site together with those companies.

GML Group

GML Health Care s.r.o. is a member of GML Group. It is a cluster of companies doing their business in hemodialysis and intensive care medicine. Next to GML they are companies Biomedica, Centec and InMediec.

The company Biomedica founded in 1991 has its legal seat in Prague and since its very beginning unique products have been produced according to its own proprietary prescriptions. The current portfolio covers pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food supplements, cosmetics and cosmeceutics containing herbal extract, essential oils or vitamins.

The company Centec founded in 1990 has its legal seat in Prague. It is a member of CENTEC Worldwide Group headed by CENTEC GmbH with the seat in Frankfurt-Maintal, Germany. It provides SW, electrical, electronic, engineering and media process designing for water treatment, beverage industries, chemical and pharmaceutical plants and facilities. It manufactures, assembles and mounts electrical plants and apparatuses as well as machines for chemical industries. All logistic, production and commissioning operations are being performed in TPH in the new facility erected in 2006 with the SF EU support. All engineering production steps including electrical and electronic installations are being carried out in this plant.

InMediec is a dynamic firm established in Luhačovice in 1989. Its main focus is a production of a wide selection of IV fluids and medical devices. Most products manufactured in plastic bags either PVC or non-PVC are used in hospital therapies and hemodialysis treatments. Both the technology and the products comply with the requirements of European and American Pharmacopoeias. Major clients are from Germany and the Czech Republic.
